The Niapele Project School Nutrition Initiative pilot sites are located in the Fuamah and Salala districts of Bong County. As part of our commitment to supporting national and regional development efforts, our initiatives trend with the priorities identified by the government. The Niapele School Nutrition Initiative helps to alleviate the most-often cited constraints by farmers by providing tools, seeds/fertilizer and some cash support to the School Nutrition Initiative Work Committees.

Niapele takes local ownership seriously. We are working directly with the District Commissioners all the way to General Town Chiefs, ensuring that any initiative undertaken has critical support within the community and among its leadership.
